What if by Lukx: Review
My favorite father-son duo is back with a sensational pop tune. Lucas and Nils Malmport form Lukx, an ecstatic musical act that’ll keep you engaged with lively rhythms and eccentric vocals. Their latest release “What if” is no stranger to that, and adds a bit of jazz to spice things up.
“What if” enters with an interesting guitar intro that’s almost like gypsy-jazz, and tags along with a passionate vocal piece. The singer blends a bit of rap in his flow and merges natural singing too. It’s such a clean mix, and the production was just perfect. The sound’s clear as day, and the cadence feels enriching to hear. As the track progresses, that feeling is more and more prevalent with some jazzy melodies. A minimal saxophone tone plays out while funky basslines take turns in enticing a groove. It’s an enchantment of music folks, and we’ve got front-row seats witnessing the magic happen. This melodic chemistry between Lucas and Nils is unstoppable, and it thrills me to hear their catchy tunes time and time again. They’re an act that never misses a beat and never fails to captivate my soul.
The rhythm patterns of Lukx are always happy and energetic. Their instrumental aspects and the vocal narrative get you moving and are the dopamine hit you need to get through the day. That being said, please don’t miss out on “What if.” You won’t regret a single second of this banger of a track.
