“PLAYER 2” gets hooky but also introspective with the themes of heartbreak and self-reflection reigning over the addictive and psychedelic mood. Up next, “OBSCURRITY – ODD RELICS REMIX” is a dance-heavy remix of LosA’s original avant-garde track. What starts with the engine revving, turns into a hazy dance party with vibrant synths pulsating.
“I AM ONE OF THEM TOO” gets personal about losing someone to gun violence. The song’s poignant lyrics and sonorous melancholy convey a sense of grief and loss beautifully. “JUST A DREAM” serves as the EP’s finale, offering a sense of closure and hope. The song’s dreamy soundscape, especially with the ukelele and ocean waves, and uplifting lyrics create a feeling of peace and reflection.
