Los Angeles-based artist NASTIIA makes a striking entrance into the pop scene with her debut single “Amber Eyes,” released on September 26, 2025, a luminous fusion of cinematic elegance, emotional depth, and modern dancefloor energy. A classically trained pianist who has performed on world stages from Vienna’s Musikverein to Moscow’s Tchaikovsky Concert Hall,
NASTIIA brings a rare musical precision to her pop debut, transforming her background in classical performance into something undeniably contemporary. Created during her studies at LAAMP (the Los Angeles Academy for Artists and Music Production), “Amber Eyes” began as an assignment inspired by DJ Netsky’s drum-and-bass challenge, but quickly evolved into one of NASTIIA’s most personal and defining creations.
The song opens in a haze of glimmering synths and rhythmic percussion, instantly pulling listeners into its intoxicating emotional current. Her soft, crystalline voice glides through the verse with vulnerability, recounting a love that burns too brightly to touch. “Sitting in your car, I was drunk and crying,” she sings, her tone tender and touching. The beats hit catchily as the ethereal melodies brandish over us as she coos, “Got me feeling high with those amber eyes.” The repeated “O-o-o-o” refrains weave through the track like a trance, marrying dance-pop euphoria with emotional sincerity.
As the song progresses, the pulse intensifies, the bass drops deeper, the synths swirl brighter, and her voice soars effortlessly above the mix. It’s cinematic yet intimate, polished yet brimming with unfiltered feeling. The track’s drum-and-bass foundation gives it drive, while its melodic core keeps it anchored in pop storytelling.
“Amber Eyes” is the sound of NASTIIA stepping fully into her artistry that bridges worlds: the classical and the modern, the mind and the heart. Listen to it on Spotify.
