Austin Marquez drops fiery new song โBack To Youโ
Artist Austin Marquez, based in New York City, was raised sporadically in Wyoming and Colorado. Other pop singer/songwriters like Troye Sivan, Conan Gray, Lorde, and even Jason Mraz have a big influence on Austin. He is influenced by the storytelling lyrics and dream-pop tones found in folk and even country music.
Austin recently headlined his first full-length concert, which was live-streamed through a sober non-profit, The Phoenix, across the nation. He most recently performed at The Bowery Electric in New York City in September. This concert was a component of a Pride event that concluded Pride month. Austin celebrated the release of his debut album with a karaoke-themed release party at RPM Underground in New York City. For an intimate group of some of his closest friends and collaborators at the party, as well as virtually for his family, Austin performed his single (closer to) clear. The celebration and performance were Austinโs first live performance as an artist. Austin participated in numerous concert series held in quarantine during lockdown with organizations like CK Productions.
