“Feeling Alive,” the opening track, sets the tone with a glowing build of deep synths and glittering percussive rhythms, easing into a sensual vocal that soars triumphantly in the chorus. It’s catchy, yes, but there’s something deeply euphoric about how the thumping beat meets that voice and gets the sunrise moment ravers chasing all night.
“It’s Not Over” contrasts beautifully, opening with soft organic taps before giving way to a mellow synth pulse and a rich, introspective vocal that feels wiser, older, and more grounded. Then comes “Beyond the Line,” perhaps the emotional core of the EP. A warm, immersive pulse gives way to glittering layers and a soft, haunting vocal that flutters in and out like a memory, before the track swells again into a heartbeat-driven crescendo.
