Blak Emoji released groovy new song โLast Night Lostโ
โEclectro [Deluxe Edition]โ by Blak Emoji is currently available from ECR Music Group. As part of a four-part full catalog reissue from the label, the celebrated album has been resequenced and remastered by indie music legend and ECR founder Blake Morgan.
Kelsey Warren, a well-known producer, recording artist, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from New York City, goes by the stage name Blak Emoji.
Blak Emoji has joined the esteemed roster at ECR Music Group after a string of critically acclaimed and financially rewarding releases, numerous TV and film placements, U.S. and European tours, and a number of accolades from prominent publications like Rolling Stone and Tape Op.
Growing up in South Jersey, Warren was first exposed to Soul, R&B, and Pop music. However, as a result of his rigorous musical training in piano concertos and jazz guitar standards, which introduced him to Electronic music, Hip-hop, and Punk, Warren began to draw on new influences like Nine Inch Nails, Bjรถrk, Prince, and Kraftwerk.
His illustrious recorded catalog, which ECR Music Group is currently remastering and reissuing in its entirety in 2023, clearly reflects these varied but intertwined influences. His body of work has received praise from a variety of equally diverse musical communities: Warren is referred to as โa brainy, substantive, and complex writerโ by All Access Music. His art is described as โalluring and infectiousโ by Glam Glare. Blak Emoji is described by Black Rock Coalition as โa sexy come on that champions intellect.โ
