Polish alt-rock outfit The Riverose are riding a wave of well-earned buzz, and their latest single, “Don’t Let Me Fall,” shows exactly why they’re turning heads across Europe. After their track “Eyes of Hope” reached the Top 25 in Poland’s Eurovision 2025 selection, the group has become one of the country’s most promising new exports.
Formed in 2024 by pianist-producer Damian Pietrasik and blues-rock vocalist Nika Grann, the band now also includes guitarist Krzysztof Ugorowski and drummer Szymon Fabisiak, with their debut album currently in the works under the careful mastering of Liverpool’s Graeme Lynch. Drawing inspiration from Britpop giants like Oasis and Coldplay while folding in blues and folk textures, The Riverose have carved out a sound that is at once familiar and refreshingly their own.
“Don’t Let Me Fall” opens gently, with soft guitar strums easing the listener into a warm, almost meditative atmosphere. Grann’s high, airy vocals glide above the strings, tender yet assured, as the lyrics unfold with vulnerability and resilience. The percussion soon trickles in, shaking lightly like a heartbeat, before soulful harmonies expand the track’s emotional range. Just as the mood feels settled, the drums hit harder and lift the song into a new dimension of urgency.
The electric guitar then takes its moment. It gears up, revs, and starts winding through a solo to inject passion. Through it all, Grann’s delivery remains steady, calm, consistent, and heartfelt, anchoring the track in honesty while the instrumentation swells around her.
