โEverybodyโs Dead Inside,โ Alissicโs new single, is a fun listen. Oli Sykes and Jordan Fish of BMTH collaborated on the trackโs writing and production.
Alissic has released a new single called โEverybodyโs Dead Inside,โ which you can listen to below.
The Sheffield-based performer, who was born in Brazil, co-wrote and produced the song with her husband Oli Sykes and his Bring Me The Horizon bandmate Jordan Fish.
โEverybodyโs Dead Inside,โ Alissicโs follow-up to his March song โSuperstitious,โ is now available on Ministry of Sound.
โEverybodyโs Dead Insideโ by Alissic can be heard below.
Alissic โ real name Alissa Salls โ will perform on the BBC Introducing Stage at Reading & Leeds Event in August, following her live debut at The Great Escape festival in Brighton last week.
While Alissic told NME in October that she and Sykes are unlikely to record a whole project together anytime soon, she did remark that such a record could emerge โmaybe one day.โ
Meanwhile, Alissic told NME that she is concentrating on solo tracks and discussed some of her primary influences.
โIโm definitely inspired by 2000s pop,โ she told NME, โbut I prefer to make it sound a little more weird.โ โI enjoy frightening things that are also quite pop.โ Iโm attempting to develop a Britney Spears-like persona for a Tim Burton picture.โ
โI have great ideas,โ she added. Iโd like to perform live in front of a large crowd, but for now, itโs all about building this environment.โ
