Feel The Love (Redux Version) ft. Tyla Raé by Cris Cap: Review
German composer, producer, and pianist Cris Cap specialize in R&B, jazz-infused pop, and emotional soundscapes. He began releasing new music in 2020, adding to a collection of songs that were already rather outstanding. He has collaborated with an abundance of artists to produce his smooth soul style, and most recently with the smooth-voiced artist Tyla Raé. In the track “Feel The Love”, a warm and endearing atmosphere is present with a dazzling pop aura. It’s tough to ignore the song’s essence. The reason why is a bluesy rhythm section surfacing and the charming synergy of both singers.
“Feel The Love” starts off on a gloomy note with a lighthearted piano piece pertaining to blue-eyed soul and jazz. Eventually more beats drop and a bass section amplifies the track. The song manages to blend into each transition and slowly builds up its intensity. It was enjoyable to witness the instrumental parts where synths were added for flavor. Eventually, more harmonies join in for a bigger sound to shine.
The minute-to-minute grip of RnB and Pop is brilliant on the track. Both the artists really take it up a notch and incorporate vibratos and falsettos wherever needed. Ultimately, it forms a pleasant listening experience with a cozy pop tune. “Feel The Love” has a wholesome nature, and it is best suited for anyone longing for their significant other. The songwriting captures that theme and sets a gentle mood to vibe out with.
