BELGICA, a 2016 short film directed by Felix Van Groeningen, follows two brothers, Jo and Frank, who are polar opposites. Jo, the younger of the duo, expresses his passion for music by starting a bar called Belgica after giving up his artistic goals.
Unhappy with his boring life, Jo’s older brother Frank joins him in his nightlife activities by assisting with Belgica. As they become swept up in the success of Belgica, the duo develops the new bar into a booming hotspot at the epicenter of Belgium’s irresistible nightlife scene.
