Fire Roses by Chasing Foxes: Review
Chasing Foxes is one of those bands that I kid you not is the type of band that headlines for big concert arenas. Because of their energy and stadium rock vibe, I can already see the sold-out tickets to their next show. Their song โFire Rosesโ is a killer rock song, that has elements of a groove. My favorite part is the guitar interlude/solo in the second part of the song. Then thereโs a grooving bass with an electro tone leading on, while a soothing guitar solo accompanies. Man, I wish I composed that!
The singer has such an attitude with his voice. He just screams confidence and bravado. The instruments being played in the song, especially the drums are jampacked with fire! In my opinion, โFire Rosesโ has all the elements of a sensational rock song. The jumpy guitar riffs and the force of the entire band itself represent a track that is meant to make entire crowds move with excitement.
With the help of singer/guitarist Flavien Delouche, the four-piece band Chasing Foxes discovered their calling after honing their chops in other bands performing hard blues and covers from the 1960s and 1970s. However, Chasing Foxes live up to the promise of their debut EPโs name by creating an upbeat and optimistic sound and a message about each of them coming from a family where money is tight. Theyโd rather hear folks complain about how tough life is than see them indulge in every pleasure to the extreme.
