FKJ Releases “Way Out,” a Beautiful New Single.
There’s nothing like waking up to new music from FKJ to get your day started. The multi-talented genius is in the midst of promoting his next album, V I N C E N T, and today he’s delivered the project’s second song, “Way Out,” a soothing track. The song is accompanied by a cinematically made video.
FKJ has consistently delivered on his promises, and he has never disappointed. The music begins with suspenseful piano and then brings you to a quiet, serene environment where you may relax for a few minutes without worrying about anything. This track’s textures and melodies are truly stunning. It will beg you to press the replay button as soon as the game is finished. This new song is about escapism, according to FKJ:
“Way Out” is an invitation to leave my busy adult mind and yours too who are listening. I put these footsteps and door sounds on the intro because I was imagining this scene of an exit, running away from a too serious and anxious state of mind. The escape would end and I would land in a childish world where the kid inside of me that doesn’t care and just plays would re-emerge.
V I N C E N T is due out on June 10, via Mom + Pop Records.
