How It Works Out by Sabrina Movitz: EP Review
“How It Works Out” is a fantastic indie-pop EP by brilliant musician Sabrina Movitz. Her enthusiasm and musical prowess are a nice change of pace from the usual indie music outfit, with the addition of vocal harmonies and minimal instrumental bits. The melodic aura is pretty intriguing, and each track has a poetic essence tied to it.
The EP opens up with the title track “How It Works Out.” The song features beautiful vocal harmonies that imbue a sense of atmosphere and calm. The layers feel intimate and captivate you. Afterward, the enchanting cadence of “Say My Name” arrived, and our ears felt blessed by the sound of it all. The rhythm pertains to hints of shoegaze but has a broader appeal in the indie-pop genre. With dazzling guitars and an elegant singer at the helm, the track feels pretty enriching to hear. I just love a good bassline, folks. This brings us to the funky allure of “Coming Down.” The song has such a groovy flow, it’s almost criminal to pass it up. The bass portions are deep and make you wanna move and tap your feet to the beat. Aside from that, Sabrina’s soft voice fits perfectly with the rhythm mechanics.
Sabrina Movitz, remember the name folks, this talented artist is going places with her sound. That being said, “How It Works Out” is available for streaming, so how about giving it a shot?
