I Feel Good by Pàrasoul: Review
Los Angeles-based Portugese-American singer-songwriter Pàrasoul has made a name for himself with his unique blend of indie-pop, R&B, and folk influences. His latest single, “I Feel Good,” instantly puts you in a good mood with its catchy and uplifting tunes.
The song starts with a simple palm-muted guitar riff and Pàrasoul snapping his fingers with a smooth opening vocal melody. As Pàrasoul’s smooth and soulful vocals take the mic, he sings about finding happiness within oneself and not relying on external factors to feel good. You know how they say happiness is a choice? This song is the embodiment of that. No matter what life throws at you, how wrong things go, you just need to put your pedal to the medal to feel good.
The chorus is where the song really shines, with its infectious melody and catchy, repetitive lyrics. The overlaid backing vocals add a nice touch and give the chorus a fuller sound. Speaking of the chorus, every time it comes back, you find new explosive sonic treats that just instill the song’s feel-good vibe in you and make you wanna get up and dance. The production is clean and polished, with the drums and bass providing a solid foundation for the song. One of the standout moments of the song is the bridge, where it quiets down to make way for Pàrasoul’s vocals to create a lush and dreamy atmosphere before cranking up the guitar to bring back the chorus in all its feel-good glory!
