Inappropriate by K-Syran: Album Review
Inappropriate is a 15-title full released album by the multi-disciplinary artist K-Syran, a wonderful persona who possesses this positive aura about her. Not only does she write her own songs, but she composes, collaborates, and performs with an inspiring zest that captivates every audience she sets her foot for.
For me, stumbling upon K-Syran’s album “Inappropriate” was like finding a bottle of magic! I found myself swimming in the soundscapes set by the talented instrumentalists – Leon Phal, Alex Lussiez, Erwan Valazza, and Gauthier Toux. And of course, K-Syran remains undeniably artistic off the charts, adding her positive vibe to this album which is inappropriately amazing! From the bright tones of the jazzy “My Angel Tonight” to the rollicking electronic guitars in “Skin”, you can catch the major deflections of switching between genres. You won’t know what K-Syran and her army have in store for you because she can wrap you up with the warmest elements and amp your energy up in the next second! Until the very last track, she remains unpredictable, and gorgeous and taps into my heartstrings.
In the album “Inappropriate” and the constant bombarding of singles, K-Syran proves to be a team player and a talented individual with a plethora of art in her arsenal. I highly recommend it to anyone trying to get to know an up-and-coming and underrated artist!
