IVIX released catchy new song ‘Cherry Darling’

The Atlanta-based artist (IVIX) returns to his work with a renewed passion and love for both old and new music. The EP and in particular this song, ‘Cherry Darling’, were inspired by the thought, “What if I created my own “Jazz” project?” This lovely but slightly melancholy song is the result of emotions that, in all honesty, can only be expressed and seen. It is solely the result of IVIX’s passion and frequent late-night reflections, even during the day. His own feelings + the emotions he saw in Rose McGowan’s character, Cherry Darling in the film ‘Planet Terror’ create a unique experience on, not only the song she is the name of but the EP as a whole.
IVIX is a SouthWest Atlanta-based artist who is incredibly honest and introspective. He became interested in music and writing in 2003 as a result of the anime and movies he had seen, and joining his school’s band only served to fuel him furtherโeven after he came out against participating in a band program more than ten years later. He is anything but the producer, R&B singer, or rapper that is frequently assumed to be him. He is a true talent who has experienced trauma and trouble of his own and has a unique perspective on life. observing the strangest of things for both beauty and sadnessโฆ Occasionally observing them simultaneously. It is understandable why people have described him as “too much of an individual”. Regardless of what others may think or say, something that can be sensed in the way he approaches art and life in general.
