Lotus Dreams by Arrow Santi: Review
Arrow Santi packs a lot of punch in just a minute in his single, Lotus Dreams.
Rapping mean triplet flows over a trap beat and thick rumbling bass, the song is about doing anything it takes to chase your dreams and be successful. Although, according to the artist it is completely up to the listener to put their own meaning and interpretation of the song. He said what he said in the song and refused to elaborate further. Everything in the song can be taken as metaphors and have different interpretations. This mystery to it works as the x-factor of the song.
The vocal delivery in this song is just as solid as the bass It’s one of those songs that say a lot in a really short time, not just in words– but in substance. With a solid flow with several vocal chops to spice it up, he managed to squeeze in two verses without losing a breath– man can spit bars for days. At the end of it, you don’t really feel it needed more, it has said all the things it needed to say. The production quality on this is top-notch. Especially the bass and Arrow’s vocals. It’s that kind of bass that gets the whole floor rumbling and everything on when you play it on big stereo speakers. It’s like those hurricanes that come, waste no time to wreck the place and go. Bottom line is that it doesn’t waste time to get to the point, delivers, and just leaves it at that.
