Low by Eddz: Review
Liam Taylor, AKA Eddz captures the essence of alternative rock and spoken word in his song “Low.” It’s his finest work to date and evokes powerful emotions that’ll make you think and resonate with the melody all the while.
An elegant symphony sets the stage for a visionary poet to speak his mind. Such is the touching introduction to Eddz’s track “Low.” I never knew the spoken word genre could hit me right in the feels, ‘cause the musician’s opening ode gravitated towards me plenty. Aside from that, Liam sings too, and it sounds pretty darn catchy. When he releases this vocal energy, that’s when the wave of alternative rock hits. A gripping guitar riff enters the scene and blends alongside percussions for a fiery combination. In addition to that, the aforementioned symphonies also add a nice touch to the chorus section. All the instruments create a chemistry that connects with Liam’s performance and draws you in on its cadence. Ultimately, it’s a sound that’ll keep you hooked throughout the entire piece. This is especially true when the chorus fades into the second verse, and returns to spoken word with a lovely piano piece.
Folks, keep an eye out for this talented musician, he’s going places! The very thought of his ascent in the music biz inspires me, and I believe great things are lined up for Eddz in the near future. With a song like “Low” under his belt, success is inevitable.
