Aria Mody’s “Made in India” is a pop gem that glows with the confidence and charm of an artist who knows exactly where she comes from and where she’s headed. The 17-year-old prodigy from New Jersey might still be juggling AP classes and fencing tournaments, but her music pulses with the polish and vision of a seasoned performer.

Opening with shimmering synths and soft, anticipatory beats, “Made in India” eases listeners into a dreamscape of emotion and desire. Mody’s delicate voice slides in, sensual and teasing, before the rhythm deepens with crisp basslines, and she begins to sing with rising urgency. By the time the chorus hits, hypnotic, sultry, and soaked in yearning, it’s impossible not to be swept into her world.

What makes the track truly magnetic is its bilingual embrace.
