Miracle by Hybrid Kid: Review

Hybrid Kid, the three-person garage rock band, released their track “Miracle” on 18th November 2022. The song with its perfect acoustic guitar track is completely fantastic. When the sound of brush sticks hits the snare drum and starts to build something beautiful with the sweet sound of the acoustic guitar it’s very refreshing. Moreover, the soothing shuffle drumming along with the precise exceptional vocals made the song captivating.

The acoustic guitar work has a warmth to it as well as the mesmerizing sound of it was intense. Listening to the song brings a wave of nostalgia; the clean sound and the smooth vocals of Hybrid Kid are very peaceful. Additionally, the melancholic bass line hits right on the feels and it becomes mystical. The song’s structure and instrumentation appear to be very straightforward. Underneath the surface, lies a truly massive track with expressive vocals, evocating instrumental passages, and brilliant songwriting.

Overall, the vintage-styled vocals with the soulful sounds of the instruments are delightful. A simple bass line fills out the sound and adds thickness to the track. The final chorus, with some added vocal melodies, is wonderful. “Miracle” exudes sophistication in every way. The magic of this song will captivate listeners until the very end. This song reveals a completely different side of Hybrid Kid and demonstrates their incredible songwriting and composition skills.
