Piero Bianchi drops stirring new track ‘C’è Bisogno D’amore’
The Piero Bianchi song ‘C’è Bisogno D’amore’ (‘There Is a Need for Love’) was inspired by the G. G. Marquez book “Love in the Time of Cholera,” which won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1982.
The songs’ lyrics tell the tale of Florentino Ariza, who longs for Fermina Daza and finally finds her when they are both elderly, fulfilling his romantic dream. The novel is set in 19th-century Colombia, and the music for the words is based on South American rhythms. It features an arrangement using a classical guitar, trumpets, violin, and mandolin. The latter musical instrument partially evokes Italian melodic style, which unmistakably attests to the author Piero Bianchi’s place of origin.
This song’s message is to always love and never give up because life is too short to not go after what one wants. The final message of this song is “Love triumphs over all things,” as the ancient Romans used to say, “Amor Vincit Omnia.” The finished product is lighthearted but also enjoyable to listen to, serving as a reminder to all listeners of the true power of human emotion.
