RANIBOBER releases groovy new song ‘I’m a Shadow’
RANI BOBER, a synthpop duo, debuts their brand-new single ‘I’m a Shadow’, which is also an early stream of their upcoming debut EP ‘Galactic Museum’.
‘I’m a Shadow’ immerses us in the whirlwind of emotions of someone who feels lost and invisible in a society immersed in the noise of information overload. It was inspired by their most recent trip to China, which took place right in the middle of the pandemic. And instead of allowing themselves to indulge in time to rediscover themselves, they desperately seek “fast-love” in an effort to escape these emotions. The song has the power to simultaneously evoke feelings of strength and power as well as rage, helplessness, and loneliness.
