Take a dip into psychedelia, trip-hop, and the monochrome world of unnerving drips—and of course, don’t do so without a leap of faith! “Take Faith” by IndifferentMonKeY takes you on a ride where you may be compelled to put your faith in their music. Other than my obvious innuendos, I am not joking. “Take Faith” is a brilliantly addictive, dark, and moody song. One that began with a broody synthesized beat, followed by a car horn, then we are taken to a bustling drumming of cymbals. And no—no instrument or sound element is left behind, we find one joining the other and creating a much larger realm of soundscape by the turn.

Joe Lowe, is the man behind the writing, producing, and bass, whereas Pippa sends us the smooth, thin, and high timbre, delivered sharply emphasizing every note. She never misses a beat, and what’s more, she looks her part too! We are talking about IndifferentMonKeY’s music video. The music video makes you wonder if it was made by professionals for a high-profile musician, for the visual ingenuity is impeccable with monochrome color grading, vintage vehicles, 1920s attire, and video direction quality.

IndifferentMonKeY builds up the track slowly and gradually adds layers of instrumentation and electronic beats to create a powerful climax that leaves you wanting more. The use of different effects and textures keeps the track interesting throughout. Speaking of interest, repetitive lyrics like “It’s your safe word/ I am your faith girl” get us grooving just about right, sure enough, to get the words imprinted in our minds.

Overall, “Take Faith” is a beautiful and groovy track that showcases IndifferentMonKeY’s musical prowess and creativity. It’s a must-listen for fans of electronic and experimental music.”
