THE HYBRIS releases sensational debut single โSilent Violenceโ
Formed in 2020, THE HYBRIS spent the next three years writing and producing their debut album โMusic, Vol. 1โ, which was released in June 2022. It is a truly international project, the trio lives in Germany, France and the US and writes and produces their music remotely. Of course, global lockdowns fueled this process.
โOur music moves between pop, punk, indie rock and alternative rock. I think it sounds some kind of retro. The songs are sometimes quite different, but we still try to create a consistent, recognizable style. People quickly compare you with existing bands, critics have compared us to bands like Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Feeder, The Killers, The Cure or The Clash โ which is an incredible compliment for us.โ (Ringo)
The first single โSilent Violenceโ was played by 40+ Rock radio stations in more than 15 countries worldwide in the first weeks after release. It is a grungy Alternative Rock track about a failing relationship that breaks due to a lack of communication.
