Van Deyk drops entrancing new track โAvignonโ
The song tells the tale of their prolonged summers spent together. Two souls that were destined to fall in love repeatedly. There are no regrets because those were enjoyable times. It occurred in โAvignonโ a while back.
2018 saw the start of a partnership between two producers and the Hamburg musician Van Deyk. The epidemic, a parachuting mishap in South Africa, and a protracted rehabilitation period all caused delays, but โTo Cut A Long Story Shortโ is now finally finished. The underlying sentiment of the record is that everything will turn out just fine. The SUPERLAUT label released it on August 26, 2022.
In the months before, the three singles โLike Thisโ, โStereoโ, and โMNDFCKโ were already available.
Van Deyk seems more accomplished and versatile in his compositions on his debut album than on earlier efforts. It is impossible to ignore the influences of musicians like Beatenberg, Coldplay, or The 1975.
