Chris Brown returns with his next track, “WE (Warm Embrace),” following the release of “Iffy,” the lead single from his upcoming 10th studio album Breezy.
Don City produced the single, which sees Breezy return to his R&B origins by sampling Guy’s ’90s smash “Let’s Chill.”
Brown sings on the slow jam, “I can see your mind is overworked, boo/Tension in your body when I touch you/Girl, you deserve it, I’m gon’ make every second of this worth it/Love how you do everything you do with a purpose, baby.”
Brown’s current single arrives nearly three years after his last solo album, Indigo, which was released in 2019. The 32-year-old singer’s upcoming album, Breezy, will feature both “Iffy” and “WE (Warm Embrace).”
Brown’s first full-length project since his 2020 collaboration album with Young Thug, Slime & B will be Breezy. Despite the fact that Chris did not release a new solo album this year, he kept busy by providing guest vocals for a variety of artists, including H.E.R., the late Pop Smoke, and Wale.
Chris Brown’s new track “WE (Warm Embrace)” is now available to stream on all major platforms.
