A-NU released a new track ‘Oh , Blood’
A-NU
Oh my blood LISTEN HERE FFO: Green Day, The Strokes, Def Leppard, Neck Deep, YUNGBLUD, Foo Fighters, and more. Independent musician “A-NU” from Toronto releases “Oh, Blood,” his third single. He attempts to combine his classic rock influences with contemporary beats in the single. His influences as a member of “Generation Z” range from more recent, contemporary pop-punk bands like Neck Deep to classic rock groups like Def Leppard and Foo Fighters. He was influenced by contemporary popular music as a child growing up in the streaming era and infuses a soulful sensibility into his music.
Anurag Arya, better known by his stage name “A-NU,” a New Delhi native, wrote this song many years ago when he was nineteen and still a college student. “Even though my heart had just been broken, I couldn’t bring myself to hate the other person. My emotions at the time were sincere and very important to me. This song is simply an openly vulnerable expression of that. I hadn’t been recording music for the past few years because I was still figuring out who I was before the pandemic. In the fall of 2021, when I relocated to Toronto, I realized this is what I do best.” Arya, Anurag (Singer-Songwriter).
The rough recording that was first made when A-NU was 19 is actually the Acoustic version that can be found on streaming services. Two more conventional-sounding alternative rock songs that were more of an exercise in dusting off the old laptop and creating something entirely on his own come before “Oh, Blood.” As a child, he was exposed to regional and Bollywood music in India, which has influenced him. His melodic style is heavily influenced by that.
A-NU is brand-new to the music industry and is still finding his footing. His current goals are to develop his distinctive sound and finish his debut EP.
