AFUA by tdotostudios: Review
The sun is shining, you’ve got your shades on and paradise awaits you. Where will it take you? Well across the tdotostudios cruise ship of course. Ride the tide of “AFUA” a laid-back, guitar-driven, lofi-beat rhythm vibe. It’s a perfect song for the summer heat, and you can absolutely listen to AFUA on a quiet Saturday afternoon while you drink a cup of coffee and reminisce about the good times.
After laying the groundwork for UK afrobeats with the song “Azonto,” Silver-Award-winning producer and doctor tdotostudios, also known as Theo Davis, has released his first single “AFUA.” There is a whimsical attitude to AFUA, and I absolutely feel as though this feeling of freedom when I hear the first note is natural. You don’t really need the effort to listen to AFUA, it just becomes a part of you and you let it flow to your soul. The lead elements of the guitar are quite minimalist, and it provides a simple melody to follow. It almost feels warm and comforting, like a friend, only that friends have the expression of a natural-born guitarist.
The sound tdotostudios is simply a relaxing tune, I could listen to this all day while I work, and even while I like to think. All credit goes to the band who have just explored a territory where many fans will be attracted to this vibe. I could definitely say I am one of those fans, who will repeatedly listen to AFUA.
