Bryanna Rain Releases Groovy New Album ‘Petrichor’!
Richmond, Virginia’s synth-pop-laden rising artist, and vocalist Bryanna Rain is here to turn your mood from sullen to sunny with her bright and dynamic album ‘Petrichor.’ Read on for a deeper dive into the album and some history on this up-and-comer.
Bryanna is a gifted artist, a creative genius; a singer, and a songwriter who has been in the industry for almost a decade. She released her first solo EP when she was just 13 and a children’s book through the New York-based Tik A Tok company.
She is a 2019 Virginia Tech alumna whose lifelong love of animals and role-playing video games served as inspiration for her first full-length work. Because of the worldwide Pandemic, her advancement was delayed for a very long time, and she eventually went on to Exquisite Noise. EPisodes, a compilation of her many top-charting iTunes tracks from 2021, was published in March of 2022. After the success of her debut album, EPisodes, Bryanna Rain has returned with a whole new studio album. Her most recent release is titled “Arcades, Aeroplanes,” which is a futuristic track belonging to her new album ‘Petrichor.’ Besides this, there are 11 other tracks, each with its own unique sound and inspirations from a wide variety of musical styles.
Electronic music fans can find something they like on it since the album ranges from mainstream pop to experimental, funk, and EDM. Boasting a heavy production, the tracks are disco-fied with some retro bangers over subtle synthesizers.
