Claire Lauvergne drops entrancing new song ‘Viens, Esprit Saint, en nos cœurs’
This song came to be as a result of Claire memorizing the prayer and then hearing a song on Radio Espérance.
She inquired about the artist via Radio Espérance, and was informed that it was the pop group P.U.S.H.
Claire tried to recall the song she had just heard on the radio, but because she was not Mozart, she was unable to do so. At that point, she came up with her own, loosely based on P.U.S.H., but being careful to adhere to the prayer’s original text word for word.
Claire was led by the Spirit to discover a country waltz-style arrangement on the Band-in-a-Box 2021 program, which gave the song a completely new look and added a lot of depth. She wrote the three equal voices—the main voice, an alto voice with bass, and a higher soprano voice—down on the score. She mixed the vocals, recorded the three voices, and then automatically mastered the track.
