Dirty Pixxx by Love Ghost ft. Bali Baby: Review

Love Ghost is the missing piece of the puzzle when we millennials reminisce about the good old days of Punk Rock. The band’s track “Dirty Pixxx” ft. Bali Baby is a strong and catchy anthem that will surely strike a chord in your indie spirit.

The song is powered by magnificent electric guitars and the singer’s clean vocals. Everything about the track screams converse and dyed hair. The structure of the track follows guitar riffs which are played on the off-beat in verse. Afterward, the chorus follows a more energetic drive where the guitar’s overdrive is kicked into gear, and more strumming takes place. Bali Baby is on top of her game with that mad rap skills and flow. Her voice blends excellently with the arrangement and instrumentation of the song, and she’s quite smooth in the way she performs.

The drum work and bass guitar mixture are heavy and have a very tight production in them. The band’s true formula for success lies in its desire for melody. Every part has a very sophisticated vibe to it. It is Punk Rock, but it feels like a fresh look at it. With the inclusion of a rap section full of vibin’ bass lines, it is quite evident that Love Ghost has truly set the benchmark for quality rock and roll records.
