For a Week or Two by AMILLS: Review
Wonderfully dark and poetically moody, such is the essence of AMILLS’ experimental indie number “For a Week or Two.” It’s a delightful track filled with wonder and allure, where the rhythm section shall enchant you to the core. Aside from that, the narrative and vocal tone is just sensational and carries significant weight in the piece. Speaking of weight, after hearing this song I felt a significant amount of emotion building up inside me! I believe that’s the strength of this track, and truly something everyone can attach themselves to.
“For a Week or Two” on a slow note, with a soft guitar guiding the intro. Eventually, an electro beat makes an entrance and makes a path for the singer to take the spotlight. Their voice is like liquid gold, melting into your heart and comforting one’s soul all the while. Eventually, when this majestic voice raises the tempo, a gripping bassline joins the cadence. The instrument’s depth and effect are felt throughout the song and have a powerful resonance along with it. Thus, I’ve never felt so enlightened after hearing a bass so darn cool, my soul felt replenished.
Good people of the music verse, if you are seeking a solid number that’ll keep you grooving, and jamming, then you can’t go wrong with “For a Week or Two” by AMILLS!
