Frank Black drops new single ‘Supposed to Be’
Frank Black, a musician from North Carolina, releases his single ‘Supposed to Be’. The single is a song with an afrocentric beat that tells a tale. The independent musician’s song depicts the uncertainty, conflicted emotions, and vulnerability that come with relationships. The song itself tells a tale about how chance encounters with people can alter a person. Due to its afro beat roots, the beat differs from other hip hop beats in that it allows the artist to imaginatively transport you into his world. The song is a sequel to ‘Kick Back and Relax’ and ‘Talking Slick’, which were released earlier. As demonstrated by his other single, ‘Two Lives’, which tells the tale of how one poor choice can have an impact on multiple Lives, Frank Black is exceptional in that he writes with a purpose and each song has a point.
