I Walk In Capitals by Au-Turn: Review
“I Walk In Capitals” is a fantastic indie-rock track that should be on your radar. Artist Au-Turn has generated a fine tune that has an interesting narrative followed by catchy instrumentals. Personally, I feel that the sound has some connection with the Brit-pop genre. This is particularly because of the rhythm’s tone and vocal structure. Aside from that, it’s a sensational track to hear on repeat and will enthrall audiences on a worldwide scale.
A clean piano and bass duet initiates the cadence of “I Walk In Capitals.” Eventually, a poetic singer grabs the mic and speaks to us through the music. Percussions join in and funky guitar jams alongside to create an epic groove. Speaking of groove, the bassline of this track is simply flawless. Without its inclusion, the rhythm would feel rather empty. Well, you know how people sometimes say that bass is the bloodline of any track! Anyway, the music Au-Turn is an intriguing take on the indie-rock genre. There’s a given energy in their melody that’s not quite hard rock, not quite soft pop, but like a pleasant balance between the two. This aspect moved me, especially the guitar solo sections.
There are two songs in this single. The first one being of course “I Walk In Capitals,” and the second “Water Boatman.” Both tracks are excellent, and if you’re a fan of clean rock melodies, then you’re gonna love every minute of Au-Turn’s music.
