Milestones by Hazy Shea: Review
Hazy Shea is a native of Los Angelino with a heart full of melodies. Her track “Milestones” is a dance extravaganza that will truly ignite the sway in you. The music has sounds of an incredible throbbing bass as well as an electro synth. The vocalist has a voice that leans more toward the baritone register and exudes a great deal of swagger and attitude. She has a tone to her voice that conveys a particular emotion, and it is quite memorable.
There are voice spreads grouped with her vocals, and the whole thing has a psychedelic quality to it. She actually has a fantastic technique for blending the bass arrangement with the interpretation of her voice throughout the song. When an artist understands exactly which instruments would sound excellent in a particular tone of voice, it is a remarkable thing to see. When everything comes together, magic happens. After then, her voice suddenly changes to a higher tone, which caught everyone off guard. Her singing has a mystical quality to it, and I have a feeling that she is already on her way to becoming a famous performer.
The rhythm pattern is straightforward, and it does a great job of complementing the synth elements. Be cautious not to become too intoxicated, or else you can miss the fascinating concept of this track’s depth since this is the sort of club and electronic dance music that you would appreciate on a night out with your friends.
