Noise Fantasy by Reue: Review
Ambient synthesizers and powerful beats mix together to form Reue’s track “Noise Fantasy.” First of all, the album art of this single is colorful and picturesque. It’s almost as if popular role-playing games from the 1990s directly influenced it! Anyway, back to the music, “Noise Fantasy” has an ideal melodic balance where synthwave dominates, and it ultimately creates a vibing atmosphere. In addition to that, the music is pretty uplifting, especially the gripping beats.
The song starts off with a lovely percussion and an equally formidable instrumental sequence. Echoed synths and weighty basslines make an entrance and the track launches into its verse. Eventually, a dubstep-like outfit greets us, and the progression moves forward into a spiral of trippy synths. Upon reaching Noise Fantasy’s crescendo, a ground-breaking beat drop takes form, and here we can feel Reue’s musical element at its peak. Music as such is best experienced in a video game while hordes of enemies surround the arena and all you have is a katana and shotgun to guide your way through the level. As for the final beat drop of “Noise Fantasy” it pertains to the apex of any RPG when one faces off with their arch nemesis and all you can do is shoot to kill.
Reue’s dynamic presence in the electronic music biz is praiseworthy. With his lovely performance in “Noise Fantasy”, I can say with complete certainty that EDM enthusiasts on a global scale will jam out to its marvel!
