Panic by Carbon County: Review
Punk rock is at full throttle in Carbon County’s sensational track “Panic.” It’s got that energy and thrill that the genre is famous for, along with a truly nostalgic aura. I say this ‘cause punk was like my upbringing man, and to this day it serves as a release whenever I’m feeling rebellious. Carbon County generates that same essence with hard-hitting guitar riffs and exhilarating vocal sections.
“Whoa, that’s Tommy Chong!” I said to myself, before jamming out to Panic’s music video. Definitely was, and I’m a huge fan, especially of his early work with Cheech! Anyway, back to the music, folks. The track is swift as they come and manages to elate you with satisfying guitar solos and pulsating drum work. If it’s a charge you need, then “Panic” should be exactly what you need. From the opening guitar riff, a rush of emotions overflows, and that’s precisely what I needed to wake my lazy brain up. That’s pretty much the nature of punk rock, to lift you in great spirits and get on with the day! Carbon County seems to be an expert on that sorta thing, and I’m glad their music found a way into my work.
Punk Rock and Tommy Chong, man what a time to be alive! Folks, if you’re a fan of both, please do not miss out on “Panic” by Carbon County. It’s a solid track with an invigorating melody!
