Restless Heart by Stoneflyers: Review

Stoneflyers is a rock band true to its core, creating fierce music for the masses. Their track ‘Restless Heart’ is a bonafide hard rock number. It has some bluesy and moody guitar licks, and a powerful chorus that’ll truly bless your ears. The singer’s voice is very crisp and has all the trademarks of a sensational artist.

‘Restless Heart’ is a perfect song to hear live, probably at a bar too. You’d be drinking with your buddies one minute, and after the song comes on, it’s a proper party from then on. As for the guitar elements, they’re mostly based around riffs, with some smooth lead arrangements here and there. Mike and Jeremy, two longtime friends who live in the same town in Ontario, Canada, an hour to the northeast of Toronto, had the idea for the StoneFlyers project during a casual, weekly get-together that consisted of songwriting and drinking beer.

Overall the track ‘Restless Heart’ is a sensational track. As mentioned before, it has a powerful chorus. It’s catchy, and the build-up is just right. Just exactly what a chorus needs! The band was able to blend the drum’s sequence and the guitar’s riffs excellently. Stoneflyers is a joyous rock band everyone should look forward to listening to. I know I am because they’ve got more tracks and I’m positive each one of them will be just as good. So, if you’re in the mood for a jam that’ll liven up your senses trust in ‘Restless Heart’!
