Royse releases Distant Memories
Distant Memories, Royse’s debut album, was heavily influenced by real-life incidents.
The song depicts the agony of losing a significant partner or BF/GF to time and distance. While the song describes how memories fade away, it also discusses how to transform them back into incredibly good ones. For Royse, sadness and suicide have resulted in distant memories.
The song, which Royse released on February 19th, was his first serious one and has since earned a lot of praise. Distant Memories was inspired by his own personal experiences with depression. He turned to music to get through the dark days following the death of his father. His musical aspirations were sparked by the accomplishments of the musicians he looked up to. With this new publication, he’s received a slew of positive reviews. When I need to unwind, I’ll play this on repeat. “Sheesh, I love it bro,” “the lyrics are profound and significant,”
Royse has three additional tracks planned for release following the release of this one. All the new music he intends to release on July 20/22. This time around, Royse wants his music to be more “catchy” as well as having “a mood.” Even though Royse planned on releasing his songs on July 20/22, he is concerned that his Railroad Maintenance work may postpone the release. Listening to his role models, according to Royse, is still motivating him to keep working hard. Juice Wrld and KSI serve as musical inspirations for him. Royse had no idea that his music might take him throughout the world or that anyone would like it.
