Swedish duo Purple Stone, composed of Johan Hansson and David Skog, take listeners on a cosmic odyssey with their second full-length album Spacetime, released October 10, 2025. Hailing from the north of Sweden, the pair have carved out a lush and hypnotic soundscape defined by analog synths, reverberating guitars, and dreamy atmospherics that blend the organic with the otherworldly. Spacetime continues their journey through space rock and psychedelic ambiance, touching on themes of exploration, curiosity, and transcendence, not without a touch of playful imagination (yes, there’s even a “giant colorful Space-Squid”).
