Venetian Rubber Boots by Tom Tikka & The Missing Hubcaps: Review
Tom Tikka & The Missing Hubcaps make music that is equally groovy and heartwarming for the soul. Their track “Venetian Rubber Boots”, has a moving narrative that will keep you hooked. The piece is a mix of melodies featuring guitars and percussions in the style of the indie and blues genres. In addition to these facets, a passionate singer leads the number with an epic voice.
“Venetian Rubber Boots” is the ideal road song. This is captured by its guitar bits, which are pretty magical and embody the kinda music you’d wanna hear while traveling across the country. The tempo has a sway, especially from the riffs, which creates an aura worth hearing. This blends with the vocalist’s tone and forms a bond that strengthens the melody. Ultimately, Tom Tikka & The Missing Hubcaps deliver a gripping performance, and when they start rocking, their flow doesn’t halt. It’s just what’s needed to get cure your woes and uplift your senses. The musician’s take on the rock genre is pretty wholesome and we need that more than ever.
Hope may be a simple word to utter, but it’s a powerful emotion that drives our being. I’m glad themes as such exist in “Venetian Rubber Boots.” Tom Tikka was inspired to write this song based on the hardships of people in Venice. In my opinion, he captured that ethos beautifully in the track, and I couldn’t have imagined it any other way.
