XIXI releases catchy new song โ800 Avanti Placeโ
Hip-hop, rap, R&B, and soul producer XIXI (pronounced โeleven elevenโ) from Washington, D.C., released Volume 2 of his instrumental concept series โBoogโ on November 11, 2022, across all streaming services.
Vol. 2 makes the EP โmore than just a beat tapeโ by incorporating vocal arrangements into the auditory story telling.
(heatwave) The process, according to XIXI, began when he realized that โRun,โ a song he co-wrote with The Voice and had been keeping in his library for more than a year, would make the ideal introduction song. The remainder of the albumโs inspiration then began to flow.
American music producer XIXI hails from Landover, Maryland. At the age of 8, he started his musical career by playing drums in the go-go group The Yunga Bucks. His work can be heard on the award-winning short film โPizza Peopleโ and the SHOWTIME sports documentary โBasketball County: In the Waterโ.
