Chasing Airplanes releases captivating new song ‘In Desperation’
The debut EP ‘Gnosis’ from Tampa-based Metalcore band Chasing Airplanes is now available on all platforms. The journey of Gnosis explores development, finding peace, and the meaning of life in a hard-hitting yet melodic way.
The EP starts with ‘Heavy New Year’ featuring Chris Hogan of As Beings. The song’s hefty breakdowns and soaring melodies are reminiscent of Polaris and Erra, two Metalcore competitors. The EP’s winding journey culminates in the song Electrical Fire, which features the line “what was once divine has been replaced with something real.” This sincere search for meaning and belief permeates the entire text.
