I Concede to Worrying by Camens: Review
UK Indie rockers Camens sets the stage on fire with their thrilling track “I Concede to Worrying”. The song has infinite energy characterized by stunning guitar pieces and a vocal presence that has that familiar “ascension” aroma. If you’re trying to tap into the network of alternative and indie music that pertains to the nature of arena anthems, as well as the glory days of traveling to shows with your mates, then “I Concede to Worrying” can be the perfect throwback.
Revving up the indie engine with charging drums and the speed force of powerful riffs, the band’s presence feels like a lap around the race track. There is a beautiful synergy between the singer’s upbeat voice and the atmospheric aura of the guitars. The drummer is a hero, it feels like he enters the premise with a war-drum-like mentality and proceeds to amp up the rest of the band with gripping pieces. Overall, “I Concede to Worrying” by Camens is catchy, especially in the chorus pieces. The song does a wonderful job of turning your brain’s switch from mellow to elation with the fast tempo.
Because of their prominence in the UK’s booming indie scene, the band Camens is currently performing at venues all over the country. They accompanied Florida indie favorites Black Kids on a number of national tour dates, followed by an October run of their own in the United Kingdom.
