I’m a Bird by Michael Suddes: Review
Michael Suddes’ latest beautiful piece of work, “I’m a Bird” was released on October 2022. He is a folk-rock musician and his songs are never dull. His musical compositions frequently address complicated relationships and the growth of self. It is a very comforting and calming track with a clean tone.
He has a delightful voice that is amazingly warm and charming and can instantly win your heart over. The song starts off with stunning acoustic fingerpinger and drum beats, then enters the wholesome vocal and after that the charming little saxophone line. When the solo starts, it feels as if his guitar is talking with a mesmerizing tone and tune.
The song evolves throughout its duration, gradually becoming jazzier in tone. The instruments also shift and progress during the course of the song in a number of ways. There is never a boring moment, and each time you listen you will hear something different, regardless of whether a saxophone is added or instruments are added.
The simplicity of the composition of this song is marvelous and even if it sounds easy it delivers a calming and exciting feel. The charismatic and strong voice of the singer showcases a very precise and praiseworthy command over the vocals, and instrument-wise, it was superb as well.
