Oxygen by Hannibal featuring Taylor Deneen: Review
Emotion, passion, and a heap of neo-soul accompanying your ears, Hannibal’s fresh track “Oxygen” featuring Taylor Deneen is like a clean martini shaken but not stirred. Everything about the song, from the singers’ performance, to the smooth-as-silk guitar chord sequences, is truly the “Oxygen” you need for a good time.
The lyrics of “Oxygen” is filled with all the romance you need to encourage that much-needed quality time with the mister or missus. The song’s structure especially the guitar segments and singers’ voices have a wonderful RnB tone. In addition to that the embellishments from the guitar chords stylized by neo-soul, a bass and percussion sequence that is smooth-sailing, and you’ve got yourself a truly remarkable number. Both singers bring their best performance to the table. From infectious and melodious hooks to skillful vibratos that’ll light up your life, “Oxygen” will initiate a beautiful connection with your heart and mind.
The energizing and captivating accompaniment of the instruments is quite intriguing. I loved the time signatures of the beats, and it settled in quite nicely with the guitars and bass. There’s something truly wonderful in the manner of a complete track. Everything feels on point, and polished, just like in “Oxygen” we are truly greeted by a delicate balance between melody and intensity. Thus, if you’re seeking a passionate track that can ignite or spark romance with your special someone on date night, then this is the perfect soundtrack for your escapade.
