Senobia Releases Passionate EP “Time to Breathe”
Senobia is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and a musician with immense talent. Her music is about the alluring tones of blues and jazz. Her voice flows with unforgettable grace and is so noticeable that it will immediately captivate any audience. Senobia has been studying music since she was nine years old and has participated in highly regarded music programs such as The Ohio State University School of Music and Shenandoah University’s Music Conservatory. As a result, she has an outstanding track record as one of the finest talents to emerge from the American Midwest.
“Time to Breathe” is a record of beautiful blues and soul music captured by the essence of Senobia’s voice. It’s an EP of four songs that were released on March 31st. ‘Time To Breathe’ was Senobia’s first musical endeavor, and she worked with the incredibly gifted Carter Sanders at the Plaid Dog Recording Studios alongside a variety of outstanding session musicians.
Starting from the soulful opening track “Time to Breathe,” Senobia gives us an impressive glimpse into her vocal range. This is heavenly portrayed while an instrumental cadence follows her through pianos, bass, guitars, and drums. The blues train continues in tracks such as “No Goodbye,” where an old-school guitar riff complements the singer’s emotional voice. Finally, the graceful jazz-pop sound of “Feelins” and “Lock Me Out” takes us on a serene voyage of sound that keeps us entertained from start to finish.
