Trensettahs Sound System release catchy new song ‘La Fiebre’
Trensettahs Sound System, a reggae-based musical collective, are fully committed to the cause on their recent, explosive albums ‘La Fiebre’ and the aptly named ‘Revolution’. As “a collective of Afro-futurists working to create and promote reggae music to fans all over the world,” Trensettahs Sound System was established.
With their prolific output and resounding art, the group collaborates with artists and philosophies around the world to create a cohesive, spiritual whole greater than the sum of its parts. Trensettahs Sound System has planned an annual festival in Ethiopia, a collaborative album with artists from Jamaica, Ethiopia, Columbia, and the U.S.A., as well as a 5-part docuseries that follows the collective to Columbia, Jamaica, and the U.S.A., unlike most artists who only plan singles or albums.
Trensettahs Sound System has a theme that resonates with social resistance and reclaiming individual power. This collective only works with the best collaborators because they understand how important it is to have strong limbs. Celebrity vocalist Sizzla Kalonji and musical trailblazers Zalama Crew are featured on their raucous song ‘La Fiebre’, and Zalama Crew is featured on ‘Revolution’.
