American Dream by Rogue FX: Review

Andrew Wood, the mind behind Rogue FX is a master at making futuristic sounds. His track “American Dream” paints a picture of cyberpunk cinema with a synthwave backdrop. It has an energy and rhythm that’ll make you groove. This is brought on by the power of synthesizers, vocal lines, and thumping beats to keep our hearts racing.

“American Dream” evokes a feeling of driving off towards the sunset inside a vibrant 1980s atmosphere, while at the same time bringing a modern sound to the table. Rogue FX forms a cadence where the synths follow a catchy pattern. It’s reminiscent of retro pop, and vintage hits from the old days. In addition to that, a thrilling singer captures the essence of the track and puts us as an audience in awe. Aside from that, there’s not a single second where the music doesn’t stop its fast tempo. It’s an impressive feat and keeps your focus on the track. This upbeat tone is what’s needed to get people moving like an all-night rave with no daylight to stop the party.

Rogue FX is one of those musicians who are cruising the synthwave movement like it’s their own. The melodic soul of this artist is impressive, and it puts me in anticipation to see what he has to offer next!
