Blindness & Light by Blindness & Light: Album Review

Blindness & Light’s self-titled album is a masterpiece. Truly a work of art, this record embodies everything from progressive rock to soft rock. However, the main ingredient that caught my eye was the tonal arrangement of each track. Pertaining to a distinct 90s cadence, this aspect brought on elements of nostalgia, being a child of that time. If you follow through in that regard, then this album is your ideal jam.

Rich guitar-based rhythms and interesting percussion time signatures from Blindness & Light’s music are what got my attention. The guitar is where I got my start in the music biz, thus it pleases me to hear each segment from the record. Aside from that, the vocals are pretty calming to hear, the singer’s soothing voice blended beautifully with each instrumental sequence. The sequences were enchanting and the tones implemented were simply lovely!

If you’re an avid fan of progressive rock music, then do give Blindness & Light’s music a go. They’re a talented musical act that’ll touch your soul with magical melodies and have you pondering upon them from time to time.
